The solution is intended for acceleration of process of approval and improvement of accounting of purchase agreements of products and services, provision of services of freight and passenger traffic, etc. A system allows to perform registration of the agreement, including its text, price specifications, appointment responsible, formation of a route of approval. In the course of approval passing of the agreement on instances is controlled, the sheet of notes forms, the result of approval is fixed. A system allows to accelerate process of approval and search of agreements, to control performing discipline, to create reports on preparation of agreements. Work with a system Contract division and examination of the prices of Management of GZhD and also the employee of 7 other divisions of Management. In a system about 4,000 agreements a year are processed. Number of users: only 20, at the same time to 10. Solution type: development based on the DocsVision platform, 8 special cards, from them 4 – for report generation.
