SGES, Serpukhov city power supply network

On May 15, 2017 the Best company announced 1C:Enterprise 8 implementation . Power. Management of the distribution grid company in Serpukhovskaya gorodskaya elektricheskaya set Municipal Unitary Enterprise.

According to the company, in 2016 the management of SGES Municipal Unitary Enterprise made the decision on implementation of an automated system of Certification and Technology accessions.

The defining role in making decision on implementation was played by partial use of standard office suites of programs, against the background of total absence of uniform information base.

For automation of activity of SGES Municipal Unitary Enterprise by project team software products of a line "were selected by 1C: Power. Management of the distribution grid company". Specialists of a project team of Best completed the next stages of the project:

• examination of activity of the enterprise is conducted, the report on inspection of business processes of SGES Municipal Unitary Enterprise is made;
• purchase of the software according to requirements of SGES Municipal Unitary Enterprise is carried out;
• development of technical specifications on completion and implementation of an automated system of certification and technology accessions;
• training of separate groups on previously made and approved training program is provided.

The implemented information system allowed to create the unified information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which can be used by all production divisions of the Customer, thereby could increase consumer service quality, create the single database on the equipment and network topology, to reduce terms of preparation of activities reports of the company.

During the project 30 jobs were automated. A system became accepted in commercial operation in May, 2017 by Result of this project the system with industry functionality which is completely meeting requirements of SGES Municipal Unitary Enterprise, giving to the management of the enterprise a versatile tool of control.
