Rosneftegaz (RNG) (Best: Metrological service)

In September, 2017 the Best company implemented an automated system of Best: Metrological service in JSC RNG company.

During the project the following works were performed:

1. examination of activity of the enterprise Is conducted, the list of functional requirements to completion and implementation of an information system is made;
2. According to the list of functional requirements completion of an automated system according to features of business processes of JSC RNG is carried out, namely:

• process of database maintenance of the metrological equipment taking into account topology of structure of network is automated;
• planning process and registration of metrological works is automated;
• also control of terms of carrying out metrological works is implemented automatic calculation;
• planning process of expenses on metrological control is automated;
• process of registration of the rendered services is automated;
• process of exchange of documents, registering income and costs of the enterprise, with AS "BIT is automated. Construction";
• exchange of the main reference books between a configuration "Best is implemented. Metrological service" and with AS "BIT. Construction".

Results: Implementation of an automated system "Best: Metrological service" allowed to solve the following problems:

• database maintenance of the metrological equipment;
• computer-aided planning and registration of metrological works;
• status monitoring of the metrological equipment;
• control of terms of carrying out metrological works;
• formation of report and printed forms.
• integration and data exchange from the used AS "BIT. Construction".

The end-to-end system of management of metrological service of the enterprise allowing to keep on a centralized basis reference books, to use uniform regulations of works and algorithms of calculations that in turn provides operational formation of the summary production reporting became result of works.
