System implementation of DocsVision allowed to optimize process of office-work and to enter electronic document management into the companies. The customer had an opportunity to reduce some document flows, considering daily volumes at document registration in 50-70 units. The solution includes uniform structure of search filters and reports for conducting full control on execution of documents throughout their lifecycle. Important aspect in development of the project is the possibility of distribution of the uniform standard of work with documents on all enterprises of holding (15 factories). Number of users: 50 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
