The solution "Contract management" covers a task of management of contract activities of the enterprise with his external suppliers and consumers. It is intended for acceleration of reconciliation procedure of agreements, to reduce quantity of errors and to minimize organizational costs. A system allows to perform registration of the agreement, preparation of the draft treaty, appointment responsible, formation of a route of approval. In the course of approval it is always possible to define the location and a status of the document vising persons enter notes in the form of the comment on the text of the agreement, the result of approval is fixed. The staff of all divisions of management of the enterprise works with a system (about 200 users, at the same time up to 50). In a system more than 2,000 agreements a year are processed. To system implementation the term of preparation of the agreement was up to 2 months, now decreased up to 3-7 days. Number of users: 200 people.
