Awara IT Completes Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Implementation Project in Russian JAC Office

On October 15, 2018, Awara IT announced the completion of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 implementation project in the Russian office of the Belgian bread production and processing equipment manufacturer JAC.

It was necessary to ensure the start of JAC's operating activities in the Russian market, to automate the processes of sales, distribution, finance for the Russian division of JAC based on the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

As a result of the project, the following tasks were solved:

• The key business processes of JAC in the Russian division are fully automated
• The solution supports all the requirements of Russian legislation in terms of accounting according to RAS standards
• Microsoft Dynamics AH 2012 supports uniform processes across the entire group of companies
• JAC Head Office Unified Financial Statements are promptly generated directly from Microsoft Dynamics AH 2012
• The Russian division operates in a single ERP deployed in the company's divisions in France, Belgium and the USA.

The implementation of the system allowed the management of the Russian division of JAC to concentrate on further business development in Russia and support a noticeable increase in sales and reduce the cost of supporting several accounting systems by implementing all types of accounting on a single Microsoft Dynamics platform.
