EAE.IS is the information management system production of oil refinery.

Appointment
For October, 2018, EAE.IS provides: control over activity of the enterprise by any set time frame, business process automation of scheduling, supervisory control, modeling of production, collecting of production data, data of material balances and the plan fact of the analysis.
For the enterprises for production of fuel-oil products the subsystem "Production management of the packed-up products" is also delivered.
Functionality (for October, 2018)
EAE.IS is a line of software products of management of petrochemical production with functions of collecting of initial data, approvals of material balances and scheduling. Allows to integrate all participants of production process in a common information space:
- economical department (daily approval of a material balance for the purpose of refining of actual state of production);
- production and dispatching department (makes decisions on changes in technology process);
- personnel of technology objects (executes solutions PDO).
The information system EAE.IS consists of the following functional modules:

A system is adapted for the oil processing production which is characterized: large number of material flows, process systems and holding tanks; variety of the nomenclature of raw materials, materials, finished goods; impossibility of direct accounting of a part of material flows; existence of not measured normalized losses.
Effect of implementation
Project implementation based on EAE.IS allows to provide technical and economic services NPZ with timely, reliable and structured data about the overworking processes. These data form the basis for job evaluation of separate changes, sections and installation (workshop) in general, are used for the analysis and optimization of production processes, calculation of key performance indicators.
Thanks to system implementation of EAE.IS the efficiency of some business processes increased, processes of obtaining the summary (consolidated) production reporting are optimized and higher safety of all oil refining products is ensured.
2017: Model of a mathematical solver
Among original solutions – the mathematical model of dynamics of production flows developed in 2017 for the module "Data of Material Balances" by EAE-Consult company together with scientists of faculty of calculus mathematics and cybernetics of Moscow State University.
As professor, the doctor of physical and mathematical sciences Nadezhda Petrovna Savenkova noted, the head of group of scientists of MSU, "the main problem of data of material balances is complexity of determination of internal quantity characteristics of plant operation for some last time frame (day, week, month). This problem arises on any production for many reasons: because of basic impossibility to measure some of these characteristics, absence for other characteristics of measuring devices and also because of an error of the available measuring devices. As a result, there is a problem of determination of values of all these characteristics of some subset of the characteristics measured with a margin error which is called a task of data of material balances". |
The model of a mathematical solver created by joint efforts scientists of MSU and specialists EAE-Consult allows to provide collection of information about material flows for certain intervals (month, week, day); keep accurate accounting of components as a part of raw materials, intermediate and ready-made products. A system automates settlement processes of the uniform approved material balance, accounting and control of the movement, measurement of materials, accounting of their chemical composition, allows to conduct calculation of immeasurable flows and to approve contradictory measurements for preparation of reporting documentation.
The developed model during trial operation showed the superiority over existing solutions on the speed of convergence and accuracy of data of balance.
The mathematical solver can be used both as a part of an end-to-end system of production management (MES), and as independent software, for example, for cost accounting of products, drawing up objective output plans, providing other information systems with reliable operational data.
The complex mathematical apparatus EAE-Consult and MSU is multiindustry solution, can be applied at the enterprises of production and oil refining and gas, in metallurgy, mechanical engineering and other branches of the economy.
