In September, 2018 The First Form company completed a pilot project for Invitro company within which process of a registration and accounting of guaranty letters was tested.
By estimates of Invitro, automation considerably simplifies work to corporate clients of clinic, reduces time for a design and gives the chance to keep track of the status of the letter online. Document flow on this process is transferred to an electronic format with preserving of relevance and legal force.
Carrying out several more pilot projects with other corporate clients and with attraction of bigger number of medical offices is planned. The ultimate goal of the project – to provide direct access of patients from corporate clients in each of offices of Invitro network.
Advantages to corporate clients:
- the simplified and accelerated document flow, minimum of labor costs on registration and approval of documents,
- transparency – an opportunity to control demand of separate services and to select the VHI optimal programs for employees.
Advantages to Invitro:
- simplicity of interaction with corporate clients,
- scaling – an opportunity to increase base of corporate clients, without increasing load of employees,
- the reporting – guaranty letters remain in archive and can be shown for audit,
- analytics – in a system data on clients and services for any period are always available.
