This solution is intended for automation of standard tasks of office: the distributed registration and accounting of the entering, outgoing and internal documents with providing the necessary access level to the registered objects and control of execution of instructions on them. The entering and internal documents are routed to their receivers by e-mail. The archive of organizational and administrative documents of the company is implemented and control of acquaintance of employees with them is provided. Also tasks of the solution include automation business process of approval of the budget of a commercial transaction. The staff of the central office in St. Petersburg and, via the Internet, – the staff of branch in Yekaterinburg works with a system. The solution increases management efficiency, reduces costs and accelerates business processes of the organization. Number of users: 150 people.
