Initially the solution is intended for automation of the general office-work of the company, including for registration of organizational and administrative documents, their mailing on acquaintance, execution and the subsequent control. Employees receive notifications on the arriving tasks by e-mail and also the search agent of DocsVision for search in the automatic mode of documents necessary to the user is actively used. The system of previously configured search filters with the report forms attached to them is created. For the first year of use in a system more than 8,000 cards of different types are registered. Development of a system continues, a number of business processes, in particular – processing of the requests for service of users and the equipment coming to IT department is automated. Number of users: 90 people, at the same time – up to 30 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
