The solution is intended for automation of the general office-work and also business process of approval of the design estimates. All incoming correspondence is scanned and already in electronic form quickly it is carried to employees. Process of imposing of resolutions, routing of resolutions and instructions to contractors, the notification about urgent tasks and control of performance of resolutions and tasks is automated. The packets of the project documentation arriving from design institutes undergo approval in several divisions along the configured routes with a possibility of delegation of tasks. At the same time sheets of notes are filled out, visas then the responsible prepares the closing statement are imposed and sends it to design institute. There is an opportunity quickly and visually to control a work progress over any packet. The solution allows to accelerate and arrange processing of documentation and business process of approval of projects, implementation of new technologies and development of the serviced networks.
