The solution is intended for: - automation of standard tasks of office of registration to the entering and outgoing correspondence, imposing of resolutions and their mailing in the company; - control of performing discipline; - workflow automation at the edition of internal regulating documents. More than 10 report forms were configured. Automation of approval of internal documents is carried out. Within the project support of a system crypto - security based on the program interface PGP was implemented. The DocsVision system was already integrated with Microsoft Crypto API. After this project all subsequent versions of DocsVision include support of PGP. Version: 3.5 Number of users: 300 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
