Russian Government Analytical Centre (First Form (management system))

In 2018 in the Russian Government Analytical Centre the project based on a management system First Form is implemented.

Project Objective: management of reform program implementation of control and supervising activity.

Project scale:

• Participants of the Program — several tens of the federal executive authorities (FEA) and control supervisory authorities (CSA).
• 7 priority projects of federal level.
• 17 departmental projects.
• Several levels of control points for each project, up to only 15 detail levels.
• In total over 11.5 thousand objects in structure of the Program.

Within the project specialists of The First Form company automated processes of management of the Program of reform of KND. The main value of the implemented solution – a combination of methods of project and process management. The program is the master project which includes 24 projects of federal and regional scale.

The technique of risk-oriented project management and hierarchy of risks – the interactive representation allowing to display the course of accomplishment and a current status of the project in the compressed, but informative type allowing to select instantly "weak points" became a basis of a system.

Data for project management are updated using regularly filled the status reports. In them contractors fill a current status of risk and enter information on what works were done for the reporting period what problems are revealed what questions require special attention. For making changes in structure of the project special process – the change request is used.

For control and data analysis the portal — an analog of "desktop" on which blocks — "widgets" with summary analytics are located is used. All project reports are available also from mobile application.

A system was created by Agile technique.
