ELMA SSC is the BPM platform for business process automation of the General Service Centers (GSC). It allows to optimize work in the center, to standardize and scale processes. And also quickly to change and adapt them for requirements of the legislation of business.

Description of a system

As you know, the general service centers (GSC) execute service business processes of the large companies. Those that are not connected with primary activity — for example personnel and financial procedures, IT, supply, processes of AHO and others.

From each OTsO and each process permanent cost optimization is required. The ELMA SSC system standardizes processes, will organize communication of employees and allows to manage efficiency. Processes flexibly adapt to any new requirements of the legislation and business, explained in Elma company.

A system supports external changes:

  • Standards and centralization of processes. They are modelled in the visual editor of a system. It will automatically create regulations and will provide observance.
  • Scaling. It is convenient to replicate the standardized processes on the enterprises or other functions.

ELMA SSC also provides support of internal changes of OTsO:

  • Process optimization. In ELMA SSC directly in a work progress it is possible to change processes and to compare efficiency of different versions.
  • High-quality growth of services. Detailed reports on processes form a basis for formation of examination of OTsO.
  • Robotization (RPA). Routine tasks of processes can be robotized. For example, data transfer, filling of forms and other standard transactions.
  • Relocation. ELMA SSC serves as unified information environment for joint work and communication of specialists. Territorially OTsO can is in any place.
