The solution is intended for automation of office-work within tasks of office: creation of electronic archive of documents, organization of process of mailing and routing of documents, differentiations of access rights to documents, categorization, control of execution of documents, system of search. Automation based on DocsVision of other key business processes is planned: "Business planning", Budget implementation, Liquidity management and Contracted work. Integration of DocsVision with PlanDesiner budgeting system, a product of group of Softprom company will be performed.
