Implementation is directed to streamlining of document flow of the company, automation of a number of business processes of the enterprise. Setup of basic processes of routing of the entering / outgoing correspondence, memos, orders, orders and tasks under minutes of meetings was carried out. Earlier in the company document flow was implemented based on Microsoft Exchange Server. But as the mail system of Microsoft is not the specialized workflow system, there was no opportunity to automate certain business processes, system shortcomings of the similar solution - a problem with version control came to light, there was no opportunity to trace the history of documents, it was impossible to define location of the document at any moment etc. The considered SEDO: Documentum, Optima WorkFlow, Landocs. Number of users: 60 people in a constant duty, at the same time 50. In plans – increase to 250. Solution type: application tuning "Office-work. Now works on development of business processes and implementation of the Process management application are conducted.
