The solution is intended for automation of office-work, processes of financial approval, contract activities of the company and also for creation of electronic archive. During the project integration of DocsVision with WinFax for automation and centralization of receiving and the fax delivery was carried out. Using a management subsystem processes (WorkFlow) develop the mechanism which allows to adapt quickly and easily process of financial approval for new requirements without additional costs. The library of product samples – the separate solution on accounting of products in warehouses of the company is implemented. The solution is integrated in a system in the form of library of specialized cards and reference books, at the same time using possibilities of the DocsVision platform on storage, routing and access control to information. In plans automation of project activity, integration with MS Project Server, increase in number of users of a system and connection to the system of Rolltona manufacturing enterprises.
