Otkrytiye and Yadro bank will create the innovation laboratory

On October 19, 2018 in Otkrytiye bank announced creation together with YADRO company of the innovation laboratory for perspective researches of applicability of technologies of the company for development of IT of bank and their adaptation under business challenges of bank. Also the bank is going to transfer a part of the hardware-software platform for mission-and business-critical-applications and data to the modern equipment of domestic production of YADRO company that will allow to increase reliability and availability and at the same time to optimize operating costs of the existing computing platforms.

The agreement on it was signed by the board member, the head of the IT block of Otkrytiye bank Sergey Rusanov and the director of technologies of YADRO company Artem Ikoyev.

"The innovation laboratory will play a key role in the course of digitalization, scaling of business of bank through implementation of an important part of IT strategy of bank and also approbation of new approaches in the context of strategic development of technology infrastructure. Use of solutions of YADRO will allow not only to increase significantly reliability, controllability and efficiency of functioning of an IT landscape of bank, but also to considerably reduce total cost of ownership to them". Within three months of the company are going to develop the detailed project implementation plan and model of interaction.
