The solution is intended for workflow automation and office. The Knowledge base of department of development is created and is kept. The archive of the press writing about the enterprise is conducted. Registration of the entering accounts with the business process reflecting an order of passing of this document in the enterprise is made. In the same process the integration with Dynamics AX which is that metadata are selected from Dynamics AX is constructed and are located on a document card, and from Dynamics AX the user can easily address an electronic image of the account. Registration of agreements is made: the agreement, since emergence of its draft versions, is edited in DoscVision and when it is ready - is located in Dynamics AX. At the same time from there too there is an easy access to an electronic form of the agreement. Directory synchronization of Suppliers, transparent for the user, and Clients with the corresponding reference book DocsVision is made. In plans integration with SharePoint. Specialists of JSC Eesti Pylevkivi conduct implementation and setup of processes independently. The plans of the enterprise are transfer of all document flow to DocsVision including that part which is already automated on Lotus Notes, and then when DocsVision is included into operation to replace Lotus Notes with Exchange integrated with DocsVision. The customer together with DocsVision company carries out the translation of a system into Estonian. Number of users: 15 people. Further increase in number of users up to the purchased number of licenses – 50 people is planned. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
