The solution is intended for automation of standard tasks of office of registration and mailing of correspondence, creation of electronic archive of documents, increase in control of performing discipline on the registered correspondence and also improvements of process of tracking of documents during their lifecycle of the address. Within works on workflow automation the electronic digital signature (EDS) using a public key infrastructure (PKI) based on service of certification Microsoft was implemented, and integration of the EDS into the existing workflow system based on DocsVision is carried out. The EDS was implemented with the purpose to give to employees an opportunity to sign electronic cards in DocsVision and to exchange the ciphered messages. The closest plans of the company are distribution of the DocsVision system on all structures of holding. Number of users: 200 people.
