Private Link Access Service (PLAS) is service of access to private channel for the enterprises in a cloud of Open Telekom Cloud (OTC).

On October 22, 2018 the companies T-Systems also Huawei announced start of Private Link Access Service (PLAS) service.
The service will allow users of OTC to use the selected and undivided connection between a local network and a virtual private cloud (VPC) on a public cloud platform. PLAS allows network connection of the 2nd and 3rd level between OTC and any network provider connected to OTC. PLAS connection will be set between network of the supplier of network services and the Direct Connect (PLGW) firewall that reduces a delay and ensures stabler and safe network functioning in comparison with Internet connection.
