Project objectives are: standardization and a regulation of processes of documentary ensuring activity of Federal Agency for Physical Culture and Sport, providing uniform space of document storage, increase in efficiency and quality of processing of documents and ensuring effective control of performing discipline in divisions. The Concept is developed and works on development of terms of reference on creation and implementation of the IC "Document flow" are performed. A date of completion of the project on implementation – the end of 2006. Number of users: 100 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications, development of business processes in relation to specifics of activity of the Federal Agency on Physical Culture and Sports. In plans – integration with FineReader SE, in the long term the workflow system will be integrated not less than with 15 systems.
