"Sagitta" automates accounting based on the 1C: Retail program in shop of outerwear

On October 23, 2018 company "1C: Software" announced April that Sagitta LLC automates accounting based on the 1C: Retail program in shop of outerwear.

In August, 2017 in the company "1C: April Software" handled the representative of Sagitta company need of implementation of the 1C: Retail software product for shop of outerwear. The following tasks were set for automation department specialists:

1. to Bring into accord goods cards in "1C: Retail" and in "1C: Accounting" that programs perceived equally all characteristics of goods (the article, color, the size, the price) for correct information exchange.
2. to Save identification of goods by number KIZ when reading a barcode for carrying out inventory and input of implementation in a workplace of the cashier.
3. to Create the report on a remaining balance in "1C: Retail" in a table format.
4. to Create the report on implementation on the set format.
5. to Carry out test inventory.

By forces of specialists "1C: April Software" the following works on several outlets of the Customer in the different cities of Russia were carried out:

• installation of the 1C: Retail and 1C: Accounting software products,
• RM setup of users (setup of the cash place),
• automatic transfer of information on the nomenclature from "1C: Accounting",
• connection of the equipment, including the mobile terminal Atholl a smart the droid using whom employees of the Customer carry out inventory, operational acceptance of goods, fast monitoring of the prices and a remaining balance was purchased.

Individual training of users (the merchandiser, the accountant and the cashier) both internal, and remote was provided.

In connection with specifics of a company performance of the Customer loading of the nomenclature and delivery notes from "1C: Retail" was organized, automation department specialists write processing of unloading/loading of delivery notes, the report of production for change by the set parameters is created. Also the Sagitta company signed the agreement of Information and technology maintenance with "1C: April Software" for receiving license relevant releases and updating of standard software products of 1C.
