The report of the National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBCH) "The behavioural analysis of borrowers after receiving failure in a credit/loan" allows creditors to improve own procedures of decision making about issue of credits/loans. Including regarding studying of a customer behavior to which it was refused loan granting, or those borrowers who did not begin to use borrowing facilities, despite existence of approval.

For October, 2018 the report, among other, contains information on the amount of a remaining balance of loan debt and quantity of the credits taken by borrowers in other organizations after receiving failure of the creditor who ordered the report. Also in the report such parameters as quality of the loans granted by other organizations after failure of this creditor, depth of their delay and also a time frame from the date of receipt of failure are considered.

Besides, the report is equipped a number of filters using which the creditor can carry out the analysis of a "negative" flow on types of the retail credits / loans and also on reason types on which the client was refused in the credit. At the same time the analysis can be carried out as in general on the market of retail lending, and on reference groups of creditors.
