Project on automation of office, creation of electronic archive of documents and automation of contractual process. Within the project the electronic storage of documents with differentiation of access rights to data is created and also classification and a categorization of archive is performed. The possibility of registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents of different types, mailing of incoming correspondence on jobs of contractors is provided. There is an automation of contractual process. In plans – integration of DocsVision into Microsoft Dynamics AX and SharePoint Portal Server. Number of users: by the end of the first stage of implementation of 70 people, in plans - further increase to 150. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
