Implementation is intended for implementation of a problem of creation of electronic archive and organizational and administrative document flow. During the project the following tasks were solved: - Storage of files and information of cards of electronic documents; - Management of access rights and folder hierarchy of archive of electronic documents; - Control of shared access of users to cards and electronic documents with prohibition of simultaneous editing a system by several users of objects. A system provides a possibility of registration of the internal, entering and outgoing documents till 1000 a day in general on the central office of the company. Further development of a system in the form of scaling on all staff of the company and process automation of office-work of the customer on the DocsVision platform through development of special solutions is possible.
