On October 24, 2018 the Jungheinrich company reported that Depro-Kautetzky selected Jungheinrich concern for implementation of the complex project on automation of intralogistics.
According to the company, the project provides construction of the automated warehouse with 12 rows of racks and with a general capacity of storage of 10,128 positions and also delivery of five pilotless transport systems (AGV) of Jungheinrich of the ETX 515a model. Automatic ETX 515a pilers are equipped with a telescopic pitchfork, are capable to lift loads on height to 12.8 meters and can work in the round-the-clock mode without replacement of batteries thanks to in a BUS-BAR system feeding busline warehouse. This solution allows to perform equipment charging directly in the course of its work, when moving in passes.
One of key features of the solution Jungheinrich for Depro-Kautetzky GbR – failure from use of pipeline technologies. Pallets move using the automated pilers. Planimetric control is exercised in total in 36 points of turn of the console. The sensors located over zones of turn of the console check dimensions of loads for ensuring safe and effective transportation from all directions.
The system of planimetric management Jungheinrich allows to optimize significantly space usage and to reach performance when processing loads. Wolfgang Schratz and Gert Kautetzky, managing directors of Depro-Kautetzky GbR |
The important part in implementation of the complex logistic Depro-Kautetzky GbR project is assigned to implementation of the automated control system for the warehouse Jungheinrich WCS. Implementation of the first stage of construction is planned for May, 2019.
