The solution is intended for management of business processing of documents and control of their accomplishment and also automation of the main procedures of office-work.

Business processes are created for:

• routings of memos;
• approvals of drafts of internal and outgoing documents;
• approvals of drafts of orders, orders and other internal documents.

In the automated processes the DocsVision functions on work with the electronic digital signature (EDS) and means of enciphering are used. Import of data from the Case system is carried out.

Further it is planned:

• automation of work with specialized documentation (approval of agreements);
• creation of electronic archive of documents;
• integration of DocsVision with the ERP system;
• organization of distributed system of document flow;
• organization of electronic exchange of documents with other organizations;
• increase in number of users.

Joint implementation by the partner and customer. Version: 3.6 Number of users: 100 people, at the same time 50, 12 of which work far off. All users work with 1 server, in central office through a local network. From interdistrict managements and committees work on one user through ADSL channels is planned.
