Multifunction center of providing public and municipal services to the population of the city district Balashikha (MFC) (EDMS)

Results of project implementation - all appeals to service of "one window" of residents of the largest city situated near Moscow (192.8 thousand people) are registered in OPTIMA-WorkFlow electronic document management system. In the OPTIMA-WorkFlow system the electronic base of requests is conducted, results of consideration of addresses are fixed, quick access to any archive information is provided.

For today in MFC of the city district Balashikha 42 windows are open. Here residents of Balashikha can receive a complex of the public and municipal services provided different vedomstvami1: obtaining references, a design of the social help, registration of acquisition and sale of apartments, the rights to the land plots and also related services, such as bank, notarial, etc. MFC is equipped with an e-queue system. Operators of MFC register addresses of visitors in the system of order taking OPTIMA-WorkFlow, if necessary advise on an address subject, accept documents and issue the paper statement with indication of registration data and planned date of obtaining result of the address.

In a document management system of OPTIMA-WorkFlow different document types were registered: personal and telephone citizens' appeals, internal correspondence, regulating documents and also agreements of Administration.

Further, for increase in efficiency and efficiency of work, it is going to make closer integration of information systems of MFC and a system of accounting of citizens' appeals of Administration of the urban district Balashikha, to create the Internet portal MFC and also to expand functionality of call center of MFC for increase in comfort of receiving by citizens and legal entities of the public and municipal services.
