The software package of Infopro optimizes work of thermal power stations of "The Siberian generation company"

On October 17, 2018 the INFOPRO company reported that it started implementation of an information calculating software package for support of management of production processes of TPP on the Novosibirsk TETs-2,3,4,5, the Barabinsk combined heat and power plant and the Biysk CHPP-1 which are a part of the Siberian generation company.

According to the company, the information calculating software package developed based on the platform "by INFOPRO: planning of the modes", will increase effective management of production processes at stations thanks to:

• to decrease in labor costs when calculating and accounting technical and economic indicators;
• minimization of "manual" input of values;
• to ensuring required accuracy and volume of calculations;
• the automation of collecting and data storage arriving from external systems;
• automation of calculations actual, rated, normative and forecast TEI according to the set regulating documents and techniques;
• automation of tasks of search of optimal operation modes of stations according to criteria of optimization and calculation of characteristics of relative gains of fuel consumption and costs;
• to inclusion of stations in the system of formations of the SGK Group on criteria of efficiency on the basis of indicators of HOPS and TSS.

In the course of implementation of a software package specialists of INFOPRO company should carry out large-scale work: inspect automation objects, prepare recommendations about retrofitting by measuring instruments and ADP equipment and also develop methodology of implementation of design models according to the project.

Earlier automated system of planning of operation modes of power plants was put into commercial operation on 15 objects of SGK and now is implemented on the next divisions of holding taking into account specifics of each object.

INFOPRO Group is recognized the winner in open request for proposals on development of an information calculating software package of support of processes of management of TPP of production processes for needs of the Siberian Generation Company. System development will be performed by product-based INFOPRO: Planning of the modes and INFOPRO: Power trading.
