The solution is intended for automation of office-work within tasks of office: registration, routing, control of execution of documents; for automation of contract activities and also process of a request of sales channels in purchasing department on goods availability: search and processing of new requests. Reports on the requests registered in a system within standard functionality of the version of DocsVision 3.5 (representation, virtual folders) and the report consolidating information on the created requests are configured. Integration of the DocsVision system with an internal ERP system of "WIBS" of Dealine company. Version: 3.5 Number of users: 100 people. At the moment there is an increase in number of users of a system up to 250. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
