The solution is intended for automation of a contract management process (development, approval, execution control) and office-works within tasks of office:

• the organization of a workplace of the clerk (registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence);
• ensuring control of execution of instructions and resolutions of the head;
• providing with operational information about location and a status of the performed documents and instructions;
• formalization of processing procedures of internal documents (memos, orders, etc.);
• organization of jobs of category managers (managers of trade department);
• process automation of contract activities (including control of validity periods of agreements), formations and executions of budgets, process controls of payment of accounts.

Integration with 1C using the gateway DocsVision-1C and the organization of remote work in the Continent TD system and network of retail stores is in the long term supposed. Also the possibility of system implementation in all divisions of JSC Karavay group is considered. Number of users: 10 people, at the same time 12. In plans increase till 25-50. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
