The solution is intended for automation of office-work within tasks of office: registration, routing, control of execution of documents and also for process automation of ORD.

During the project the following functionality was implemented:

• registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documentation as directly in service of documentary providing the University, and at the level of structural units (departments, faculties, managements, etc.);
• about 30 reports on the registered documents are configured;
• about 10 reports of KID are configured;
• templates (printed forms) similar to used in PGUPS, for reports are prepared;
• differentiation of access rights to documents (including with WorkFlow).
