The solution is intended for a problem of creation of electronic archive and automation of process of execution of instructions. The staff of Belonex company conducts system implementation independently. At the moment there is a development process of the main business processes: processing procedures of organizational and administrative activity, personnel documentation, requests (receiving money, organization of works), statements, reports and so forth. By the end of 2006 implementation of process of approval of agreements is planned. In plans also integration with a fax system and a 1C system: Enterprise 8.0 using the gateway DocsVision.
