The solution is intended for workflow automation, being volume and diverse. Processes of document flow of the company are very long on time and it was necessary to attract a large number of labor resources to their processing. Within the project the uniform electronic archive was constructed and the general office-work of the company is automated: processes of registration, routing of documents and also control facilities of performing discipline are configured. Integration of process of approval of agreements and office of Transoil LLC is carried out. The business process allowing to process all entering and outgoing documents connected with the approved agreement was developed for integration. The special individual form of drawing up reports which sums up all necessary information on the approved agreement was developed. The parameters displaid by such report are selected by the user. Number of users: 100 people, at the same time 25. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
