The EDMS Docsvision new integrator in "Eltekhnik's software" sees a project success in transparency and controllability

In May, 2005 in the company the pilot project is performed by forces of Digital Design integrator. Implementation is intended for creation of electronic archive of documents:

• creation of uniform storage location of documentation;
• reduction of search time of necessary documentation;
• access isolation to the stored objects by means of setup of a system of access rights;
• classification and categorization of documentation;
• tracking of documents at the level of places and units of storage.

In the course of passing of orders to the companies about 25 people whom the staff of design-technology and commercial departments, the management of divisions and top management are among daily actively participate, every week in "Eltekhnik's software" several standard agreements are registered and approved. Prior to the beginning of the project in "Eltekhnik's software" the DocsVision system was used as a part of the solution of electronic archive of documents, process of approval and document handling was not automated. In 2010 the company management made the decision on transition to the new version of the DocsVision 4.5 system, the main objective of transition consisted in fall forward of approval of contractual and internal documentation, a regulation of terms of approval and gain of control over process from the management.

Within transition to the new version by specialists of Teamlead business process of promotion of orders was created, scripts are developed for start of history of approval and start of processes. Also cards of documents were configured, search queries and representations for registers are created. The solution constructed based on the DocsVision 4.5 platform covers all process steps of passing of the order for products: from drawing up the commercial offer and registration of the order in a system, until its shipment.

2013. EDMS one is integrator third

The System Examination company completed the project of automation of a quality management process of products in POE ELTEKHNIKA company, the press service of the contractor reported on March 25, 2013.

History

JSC PO Eltekhnika works with the Docsvision system since 2005. Then the project of system deployment was implemented by Digital Design company. In 2007 the initiative of development and support was undertaken by Teamlead company.

For March 25, 2013 EDMS is accompanied by System Examination company.

In a system 150 employees work. The product is used for process automation of office-work, approval of agreements and also for the solution of tasks, specific to business, for example, such as document management, connected with customer orders (from the moment of emergence of the request before shipment of products by request).

Solution

The project is executed on the Docsvision platform. Within implementation the company contractor carried out the analysis and proposed the solution on automation of process of management of acts of mismatch and defects which was implemented in the shortest possible time.

Konstantin Balakhlinsky, the head of service IT JSC PO Eltekhnika, noted: "We consistently automate processes, key for our company, using Docsvision, understanding that electronic document management reduces costs and increases employee performance".
