The solution is intended for workflow automation and control of execution of regulating documents at the enterprise: - document registration and their input in a system, including scanning of documents; - mailing of tasks for execution and documents to contractors; - control of execution of documents. A system allows to register organizational and administrative documents of 3 types: entering, outgoing and internal (orders, instructions, orders, etc.). For documents search and selection in different criteria, formation of statistic and detailed reports are provided. Incoming documents and regulating documents (orders, instructions, orders, work plans, etc.) are subjects to control of execution. For incoming documents registration of the instructions written on them is provided. The resolution is a task which can be sent to contractors by e-mail. Regulating documents, as well as incoming documents, contain tasks which are sent to contractors. For outgoing documents only registration, storage, search are assumed.
