2018: Beginning of sales

In October, 2018 sales of a "smart" mirror for house trainings began. The gadget under the name Mirror was developed by the American company of the same name.

The device is the big 40-inch display with   the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels to which videos with exercises are output. Among them — power loadings, boxing, yoga, kardio, etc.

Video more is loaded into the device than with 50 occupations, however it is possible to get additional access to rich library of exercises in the interesting directions.

The equipment costs $1500, and loading of trainings will require a monthly subscription worth $39.

Mirror reads out indicators of a physical status of the person from o'clock of Apple Watch to which it is connected through Bluetooth. Within synchronization the device obtains information on health of the user (pulse, temperature, arterial blood pressure are read out) during fitness class. On the basis of these data the computer develops the personal system of occupations for achievement of the best results without damage to an organism.

The virtual fitness instructor provides a feedback during the trainings and brings statistics (for example, the burned calories and pulse) to the screen. Users can compete with friends and together monitor the progress.

Besides, presence of function of creation of a selfie to the utmost and the subsequent output of the photo to the screen is noted.

The founder and the CEO of Mirror Brynn Putnam for project implementation attracted about $50 million investments. She notes that it was succeeded to create the full-fledged system of trainings by means of the virtual master in fitness hidden in usual by all of a mirror panel. Thanks to Mirror the people watching over the health can be engaged remotely with the famous fitness trainers, she added.^[1]
