The first implementation project of the DocsVision system. A project objective - automation of basic functions of control of execution of incoming documents and complaints, fixing of outgoing documents of office of management are expensive. To system implementation all work on accounting and search of necessary documents was performed "manually" - by registration in special magazines.

As a result of project implementation the archive of documents of office allowing is implemented:

• fix information on documents and resolutions;
• provide control of a current status of document handling and performance of resolutions;
• look for different documents on their attributes and their contents;
• build different operational and analytical reports;
• provide reserve storage and archiving of information from operational archive on different physical media.

As a result of DocsVision implementation the number of the executed resolutions increased from 20% to 95%. Jobs were implemented: controllers of the entering and outgoing documents, service of complaints and secretaries of deputy chief of the road.
