"East Car" uses DALION: A car business for accounting automation

On October 30, 2018 "1C: April" announced Software product introduction of automation of car showrooms, shops of auto parts, car services of DALION: A car business in Vostok-Avto LLC company, previously having analyzed activity of the company of the Customer, having conducted an interview with employees specialists.

The software product was purchased on 20 jobs, for comfortable work on places of users the License was purchased on server 1C and information bases 1C is started in client-server option of work. This option of system operation allows to accelerate working capacity and to increase productivity of work of 1C and also allows to work at the same time in parallel to a large number of users.

This application solution closes bigger amount of needs of the Customer, namely:

• orders, prerecording for repair on posts/mechanics, on Gant's charts, one order for several posts, with automatic installation of time of acceptance/delivery of the car;
• accounting of the performed works on mechanics, accounting of the goods issued in a remzona;
• accounting of goods in warehouses, advanced functionality of the reference book of goods: control of fullness and uniqueness of details, templates of names of goods, the choice of details for printing on forms, etc., a warehouse in a document line;
• discounts (discount), including accumulative;
• an opportunity to attach any file to the order (a car photo, the scan of the passport and so forth);
• settlement, offset;
• cash flow;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, upgrade of fixed assets;
• fixed asset depreciation;
• accounting of indirect costs;
• accounting of productive and unproductive operating time of employees
