The solution is intended for automation of the general office-work of the company: accounting of the entering / outgoing correspondence, delivery of electronic documents to receivers. And also — for accounting and approval of agreements. During the project integration of DocsVision with own control system of tasks (the Control system of Execution of works, SKVR) which is available for the customer is performed. DocsVision is used together with this system (the card of the document is routed in the reference book of SKVR). Version: 3.5 SR2, transition to 4.0 Number of users is planned: 250 people, at the same time 100. All users work with 1 server. The company has the remote offices in Ufa connected with the central office via the fiber optic channel. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
