On October 31, 2018 the CT Consulting company reported that for the purpose of business process optimization and the organization of management of "field forces" of Pharmstandard company the decision on implementation of the CRM system of Salesforce and industry solutions of CT Pharma and CT Mobile was made. As the partner in implementation the CT Consulting company having experience in creation and implementation of IT solutions for automation of pharmaceutical business based on technologies of Salesforce and development of own industrial CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform — CT Pharma and CT Mobile intended for the organization of work of sales and medical representatives acted.

Specialists of CT Consulting company could perform flexible system implementation of Salesforce and at the same time start over 300 field employees in a productive system. The project of transition to a cloud platform of Salesforce was executed for 17 business weeks, including three weeks of intensive support after the beginning of productive operation of a system, a part of works of "CT Consulting" carried out far off. System implementation passed in close contact between an implementation team and a team of the customer.

"Field employees often work in the conditions of limited access in the Internet or its absence. During the project we managed to receive the platform which writes data in offline mode and transfers them to the server when Internet connection appears. A system creates reports which allow to see activity of medical representatives and also disclose information on how the employee represented content".

In 4 months of CT Consulting company it was succeeded to unroll a "cloud" CRM system, to perform integration into the customer base of data and the personnel system of Pharmstandard company and also to provide necessary trainings which yielded significant result in understanding, both a system, and reinzhinirovanny business processes. Thanks to system deployment representatives of the pharmaceutical company have access to complete and up-to-date information about the client throughout all history of interactions and also can manage work of remote workers better.
