The decision on the choice of the DocsVision system is made on the basis of consideration of other SEDO: Documentum and EUPHRATES Document flow. Within the project business processes of delivery of documents between the organizations will be automated and special cards are developed: reports on performing discipline, document transfer according to the register, the history of the movement of documents. About 1000 incoming documents in day (are supposed to process at the average number of pages up to 50). At the first stage of implementation it is supposed to solve problems of registration and barcoding of all documents in a system, scannings of a part of documents, registration of resolutions and instructions and delivery to their contractors (at this stage — only to the level of chiefs of managements), registration of the facts of transfer of paper documents. Version: 3.5 Number of users: 100 people. Five territorially spaced enterprises (everyone on several platforms) working with 1 server between which communication is performed through VPN.
