Technoserv will be engaged in support of the federal regulation.gov.ru portal

The Technoserv company, the Russian system integrator, announced on November 1, 2018 signing of the contract on rendering maintenance services of the Federal portal of projects of regulatory legal acts of regulation.gov.ru.

The open competition was held within implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Information society (2011-2020)". The Internet portal regulation.gov.ru was created for placement by developers of information on preparation of projects of the regulatory legal acts (RLA) and assessment of their regulating and actual influence and also for the publication of results of public discussion. Users of the portal are representatives of federal and regional executive authorities, citizens and representatives of the organizations.

In accordance with the terms the contract Technoserv will perform technical support of the portal — to maintain operability of the application software and technical means (virtual data center with the virtualized server and network equipment and the equipment of client workstations). Also tasks of integrator include the annual general technical audit including efficiency analysis of operation of a hardware and software system and providing recommendations for increase in efficiency of technologies and more productive use of a system.

At the same time, Technoserv will render services of information and technology support for users and the state customer's representatives concerning functioning of the portal and its regional segment. Information support will concern operating procedure questions with the portal and its regional segment, implementation of procedures of public discussion and also error correction.

As explained in the companies, addresses connected with technical support are distributed on three levels:

  • the general questions on work with the portal;
  • questions on work of certain technologies and software products;
  • questions at the level of modules with the source code and hardware questions.

Besides, tasks of the company include updating of the configured business processes of the portal at change of the NPA and the analysis of correctness of placement of bills.
