2017: Creation "Infrastructures as service (IaaS)"

Creation of the product "Infrastructure as Service (IaaS)" in Gazprom Neft.

Project objective - to Provide providing virtual IT infrastructure under current demands of Customers by creation of a private cloud and providing its services based on the uniform operator (ITSC LLC).

Ensuring smooth functioning of business systems and implementation of the planned projects requires expansion and upgrade of the existing equipment that can be implemented in the current model of a distributed infrastructure, or by integration of business systems in a corporate cloud of IaaS. The centralized infrastructure allows to reduce operating and capital expenditure and to increase quality of management. Reduction of computing power for the solution of bigger number of tasks is reached due to effective use of a pool of virtual resources In the project the advanced tools of the leading suppliers of IT solutions on the basis of conformity assessment of the considered solutions to functional requirements were used.

For example, in the project progress one of the first in the Russian Federation industrial implementation of VMware NSX was executed - virtualization platforms of network, allowing to develop and manage software-defined networks, effectively to separate and configure access to network resources.

Project deliverables (extent of achievement of effective objectives, project quality evaluation):

• from 24% to 55% it is increased utilization of the equipment IaaS
• 99.97% availability of infrastructure
• to 3.6 FTE costs for support of infrastructure are reduced
• 6 hours, average time of selection of VM
• 251 virtual servers are deployed
• 3200 users of the product "Infrastructure as Service (IaaS)" are provided with virtual resources
• 48 business systems are migrated

Thanks to modern infrastructure high-speed performance of systems significantly increased and the quantity of the errors leading to hangup and errors of business systems was reduced to 10 times, these indicators were noted by both users, and customer service. At the expense of cloud computing the company received flexible, reliable and scalable computing environment which without restrictions allows to expand business and to implement new services.

2016: Creation of dispatching system of server premises

In this project specialists of ITSC company created dispatching system of server premises of PJSC Gazprom Neft company.

The server premises are rather difficult object at which there are several different systems for maintenance of necessary parameters of the environment, security, uninterruptible power supply and prevention of failure of the equipment. For effective management all these systems are combined with the help of software of Tibbo AggreGate which exercises permanent collecting and control of data from the equipment, manages notifications and implements the operator interface. Collected data remain in archive and can be read in a report type or trends for the selected period.

Equipment

The equipment of different producers, such as UPS, power supply distributors, conditioners, sensors of opening of racks, smoke detectors, leakage sensors participated in the project.
