The project is continuation of works on creation of the concept of the automated electronic document management system (AEDMS) for the system of arbitration courts of the Russian Federation, including the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. The solution is intended for automation of managerial regulations according to the results of an open competition. System implementation passed in 3 stages. At the first stage regulations of registration, execution of instructions, passings of orders and orders at the level of the management of VAS are automated, at the second stage process automation of document handling is made at the level of structural divisions. Within the third stage processes of bringing instructions to the level of final contractors and also regulations of preparation of internal/outgoing documents on execution of instructions / the administrative documents coming to structural divisions are automated. During the course of performance works transfer of documents from legacy systems is performed and also process of stream input of documents is delivered. Version: 3.5 Number of users: 300 people.
