Olyokma central district hospital using EDMS Case optimized activity of administration of medical institution

On November 2, 2018 the EOS Group company reported that since March, 2018 in State budgetary institution of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic "Olyokma central district hospital" the electronic document management system "CASE" is used. EDMS is implemented within the general informatization of organization. Installation of a system on the server and the automated jobs of employees was carried out by specialists of Infosistemy-KS company.

The main part of external document flows of Olyokma central district hospital is an exchange of correspondence with the Ministry of Health and TFCMI. Before implementation of EDMS "DELO" specialized solutions for process automation of office-work in hospital were not used. Within the project specialists of "Infosistemy-KS" conducted document flow examination that allowed to configure EDMS taking into account specifics of documentary interaction of divisions of central district hospital. Also user training was provided.

EDMS allowed to transfer activity of administration of hospital regarding documentary providing to higher level. For November, 2018 in Olyokma central district hospital all basic processes of office-work are automated. EDMS "DELO" of hospital is integrated with workflow systems of the Ministry of Health and Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. The documents sent to the Ministry of Health and to TFCMI are registered automatically. When sending they subscribe by the electronic signature. Organization receives the notice of registration of the document at the addressee and the subsequent notifications at the direction it to contractors. The same scheme works also when obtaining documents from the Ministry of Health and TFCMI. All this significantly saves time for processing of the entering and outgoing letters and accelerates process of exchange of correspondence.

The management of the Olyokma central district hospital noted that use of EDMS "DELO" allowed to optimize considerably activity of administration of hospital, to completely exclude cases of nondelivery or a delay, to save budgetary funds thanks to expense reduction for printout of documents.
