The administration of the Tomponsky Region of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic implemented EDMS Case

On November 6, 2018 the EOS Group company reported that the Administration of the Tomponsky Region of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic passed to electronic document management based on the CASE system with the organization of exchange of documents with participants of a system of interdepartmental and inter-level electronic document management of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic (MEDO R(S)Ya). The Infosistemy-KS company acted as integrator of the project.

In Administration of Tomponsky district the project on system implementation "CASE" is complete in August, 2018. For system implementation of electronic document management previously it was required to buy the server hardware, to stretch and configure a local network then deployment of EDMS became possible. Specialists of Infosistemy-KS company conducted examination of processes of office-work, configured the server software, set and configured EDMS "DELO" on the server and jobs, trained users and also advised them during trial operation of a system. During practical courses, on unrolled in educational class EDMS "DELO" with the demonstration database users tried standard transactions: approved with each other draft documents, issued instructions, reported on their execution, carried out other work with documents and projects.

For November, 2018 EDMS "DELO" covers all divisions of Administration of Tomponsky district. In a system 50 users whose main part works via the web interface are registered. Incoming documents are processed and get registration numbers on a centralized basis, and outgoing and internal documents can be registered at the level of structural divisions. Using the EDMS "DELO" standard tools control of execution of instructions is implemented. The top officials of administration – the head of the district and his deputies are given the right to control execution.

The head of the district and his first deputy – special category of users who interact with EDMS via the tablet device using the electronic signature. Regardless of the location they can control execution of instructions, approve and approve documents, look for necessary information in EDMS, browse reports from contractors.

EDMS "DELO" of Administration of Tomponsky district is integrated with the MEDO RS (Ya) system that allows to send and receive in the automatic mode correspondence and notifications from executive authorities of the Republic, the Office of the State Meeting Il Tumen, District city administration of Yakutsk, GAU MFC and others.
