DialogNauka created the system of personal data protection in "VTB Health insurance"

On November 7, 2018 the company "DialogNauka", the system integrator in the area information security, announced project completion on creation of a system protection personal data for one of insurance companies Russia – VTB Health insurance.

VTB of MS attaches high significance of need of compliance to requirements for data protection, including personal data. For this reason the decision on implementation of the complex project on creation of a system of personal data protection which covered 34 territorial objects and included 3 main stages was made:

• inspection of information systems of the Customer;
• development of organizational and administrative documentation;
• evaluation tests.

At a stage of inspection collecting and information analysis on each of 34 objects of the Customer for the purpose of formation of security requirements of personal data, development of recommendations about addition and/or adjustment of organizational and administrative documentation and also on retrofitting and/or prolongation of licenses and setup of information security tools was performed. Based on this stage the Model of the violator and security risks of personal data was also developed, the necessary level of security is determined.

At the second stage of the project the uniform set of organizational and administrative documents was developed for all branches of the company. Besides, standard document forms were developed for use by the Customer's specialists directly on places.

At a final stage of the project works on certification of a personal data information system of VTB of MS were performed. Within this stage technical data sheet and also the program and a test procedure on the basis of which the corresponding conclusion was prepared was developed and the certificate of compliance is issued.

The security of information in many respects defines trust degree to the companies of insurance market. For this reason we very responsibly approached accomplishment of a complex of works on creation of a system of personal data protection of VTB LLC Health insurance.
