The consulting bureau "Crucial Business Decision" implemented a set of cloud services Microsoft 365

On November 9, 2018 the ALV Group company announced completion of implementation of set of cloud services of Microsoft 365 in the company "Consulting bureau "Crucial Business Decision".

Specialists of the Customer work with corporate clients generally out of office. Information base of the company includes data on clients, the agreements, cases, versions of offers and other documents of a different confidentiality level which are stored on mobile computers of employees. In process of increase in scales of activity of the company and growth of the risks connected with mobile processing of confidential data, the company management made the decision to integrate all information resources in the unified environment providing the necessary level of data protection from threat of destruction or unauthorized access.

Creation of reliable and safe IT infrastructure on the traditional Windows Server platform would demand too big investments therefore as the protected platform of mobile work with data of corporate clients the cloud service of Microsoft 365 was selected from E3 option. Principal components of Microsoft 365:

• Subscription for corporate Windows 10 of appropriate level.
• Subscription to a packet of automation of office activity of Office 365.
• Subscription to service managements and data protection on mobile devices Enterprise Mobility + Security.

The plan of Microsoft 365 E3 offered the customer includes a number of additional opportunities – a mailbox, expanded to 100 GB, a control system from leaks (DLP), impossibility of destruction of e-mails, safe transfer of confidential documents, protection against malware, a possibility of blocking of access to corporate data in case of loss or theft of the device, the behavioural analysis of unusual situations and prevention of potential threats, and some other.
